1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sale periods or new launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard (Domestic): 3–7 business days for most metro and urban locations.
  • Remote Locations: 8–10 business days depending on courier network availability.
  • International Orders: Delivery timelines vary by country and customs processing; please allow 10–21 business days (or more, depending on destination and customs delays).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499 (Indian domestic orders only).
  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee may apply at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen courier service.
  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

4. Shipping Partners

We ship using trusted logistics partners including (but not limited to) Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, and India Post. The courier for your order will be chosen based on the delivery location and service availability.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details.
  • Use the tracking link or tracking number provided to follow your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
  • If tracking information is not updated or you face issues, contact us at bluephoenixnatural@gmail.com.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Couriers will typically attempt delivery 1–3 times. If they are unable to deliver, the parcel may be returned to the courier’s local hub or to us.
  • If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the order.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Take clear photos of the outer parcel and the product packaging showing the damage or discrepancy.
  • Email us at bluephoenixnatural@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
  • Our support team will review and advise the next steps — replacement, refund, or return — in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Address Errors & Cancellations

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify it.
  • If an order is returned to us due to address issues, you may be charged for reshipping once payment for the additional shipping is received.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pincodes and may incur an additional COD fee charged by the courier partner.
  • For COD orders that are cancelled after dispatch or returned, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in the order amount or shipping cost.
  • If a shipment is refused at customs and returned to us, return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund.

11. Lost Shipments

If tracking shows that a package is lost or undelivered beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at bluephoenixnatural@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and provide a resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.
